The Pan-African Medical Platform is African Sahara Charity Foundation's flagship digital project: the connective "brain" that links the Foundation's clinical, hospital, and educational initiatives into one interoperable ecosystem.
Rather than a single application, the platform is conceived as an architecture — a set of connected services that allow hospitals, teaching institutions, and specialists to operate as one system across geographies. It is designed to sit behind the Foundation's physical projects, such as the Floating Oncology Hospital and the Future Medical Campus, connecting them to the wider system.
The project is currently in Partnership Development with stakeholder institutions in Kenya. No operating functionality exists yet. Updates will be published through the News Center and the Transparency Center.

A patient moving through the ecosystem — from a first screening to a Teaching Hospital, a floating platform, or a referral center — should experience one continuous system. Their record, their imaging, and their treatment plan travel with them across the network.
Engineering constraints follow the bandwidth and power reality of remote operating geographies, with systems designed to work on asynchronous connections.
