A healthcare system is its people. African Sahara Charity Foundation's Workforce Development program builds the institutional spine — clinical and non-clinical roles, management tracks, and the leadership pipeline that will own the system across generations.
The program connects with the Medical Education and Training program for clinical pipeline and the Pan-African Medical Platform project for cross-institutional coordination.
This program is currently in Concept Development. African Sahara Charity Foundation is recognized by the IRS as a tax-exempt public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
