We design infrastructure, workforce pipelines, and digital systems together with the institutions and authorities that own them locally — building a healthcare system, not a single clinic, currently from our Kenya base.

Our operating model is partnership-first. We do not parachute. We design infrastructure, workforce pipelines, and digital systems together with the institutions and authorities that own them locally — building a healthcare system, not a single clinic.
We expand geographically only where institutional and regulatory relationships exist on both sides. Our current operating geography is Kenya, where partnership scoping is underway. We do not run speculative operations, and we do not represent planned projects as completed.
African Sahara Charity Foundation exists to build healthcare systems that outlast any single project. The mission is the long horizon — sustainable infrastructure, trained workforce, and durable partnerships.
We design and bundle programs into integrated systems, building local capacity to own, operate, and extend them. Every project we publish carries an approved status label. We do not represent planned projects as completed, and we do not publish unverified impact statistics.
Eight approved status labels — Concept Development through Operational — keep our public reporting honest. Sustainability is the deliverable, not a metric.
Programs operate as an integrated stack: infrastructure enables care, education enables workforce, technology closes distance. Each step builds on the last, and each is currently in Concept Development or Partnership Development — none is operational yet.
