African Sahara Charity Foundation develops a standing humanitarian medical response capacity that supplements — never duplicates — the work of established responders operating under recognized institutional mandates.

Design parameters: pre-positioning planning, supply-chain coordination, and protocol alignment with local health authorities. Activities begin only when institutional coordination is in place.
